Shipping

Each Deya piece is prepared with care from our studio.

Smaller homeware items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after your order and payment details have been confirmed.

Furniture pieces are made to order and ship within approximately 4–6 weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date your order is confirmed by Deya. While we always aim to dispatch within the estimated lead times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier schedules, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For international orders, please note that Deya is not responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any other taxes or charges that may arise upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid in order for the order to be released by customs.
